Vertical single-layer tape wrapping machine 

Use:
◆ Suitable for wrapping the outer surface of copper wires, insulated core wires or twisted core wires. The wrapping materials include aluminum platinum tape, mica tape, flame retardant tape, transparent tape, Mylar tape, cotton paper tape, etc.

Performance characteristics:
◆ The machine consists of pay-off, wrapping, traction and take-up section, and has functions such as variable frequency speed regulation, photoelectric induction meter counting, wrapping tension adjustment and tape breakage protection.
◆ Using passive wires pay-off and special branching devices for feeding wires, which can be multi-core parallel wrapped with tapes, such as ATA wires.
◆ The core wires are arranged in an orderly manner, and the surface is smooth and flat after being wrapped.
◆ The tape can be in a tube or in pieces.
