Use:
◆ Suitable for one-time winding and double-layer tape wrapping of ultra-fine coaxial wires, USB 3.1 wires or insulated core wires.
Copper wires: ф 0.05mm- ф 0.08mm.
The wrapping materials include aluminum platinum tape, copper platinum tape, Mylar tape, cotton paper tape, etc.

Performance characteristics:
◆ The machine consists of pay-off, winding, double-layer tape wrapping, hot melt, traction and take-up section. It has functions such as variable frequency speeds regulation and photoelectric induction meter counting, single-layer or double-layer wrapping options are available.
◆ Using passive wires pay-off and special branching devices for feeding wires, which can be multi-core parallel wrapped with tapes, such as ATA wires.
◆ The core wires are arranged in an orderly manner, and the surface is smooth and flat after being wrapped.
